My proposal to be able to make a better world for the ecosystem would be to start giving almost millionaire fines for throwing garbage that is not in garbage cans
In order to force people not to throw garbage and if they refuse to pay said fine they will be called to court and if they do not win in court they will be given about 10 years or more in jail
So this would be a proposal to improve with the environment, but there are still many proposals apart from this one, which would be the simplest
